A wedding weekend at The Harpeth Hotel and a stay at Southall call for different arrival plans. Share both the hotel and the venue when requesting your vehicle, including any change of location between the ceremony, reception and overnight stay.
Local guests are welcome to request a vehicle for a special weekend without an airport arrival. The two-day minimum applies, and the concierge confirms where the vehicle will be handed over and collected.

Current vehicles include 150 miles per billed day, with a two-day minimum charge. Additional mileage costs $2.50 per mile.
How are delivery and the deposit priced?
Delivery arrangements and any refundable security deposit are itemized in the written quote. They are separate from the displayed starting daily rate.
