The Harpeth Hotel is in historic downtown Franklin. Harpeth Reserve can review a separate vehicle request for guests meeting family for a wedding or extending the occasion into a weekend in Williamson County.
Give us the hotel, wedding venue and planned return time. A reception finishing late does not automatically extend the rental; agree the return arrangements in advance. Harpeth Reserve and The Harpeth Hotel are separate businesses.

Two-day minimum charge. Additional mileage is $2.50 per mile. Taxes, delivery, refundable security deposit and approved extras are quoted separately. Availability and driver approval are required. The Lamborghini Urus Performante is a planned addition and is not available to reserve.

Can you deliver to The Harpeth Hotel, Franklin?
You may request it. The concierge must confirm hotel access, the handover point, timing and delivery charges before the arrangement is accepted.
Can my concierge or assistant coordinate the request?
Yes. Your representative can help with itinerary details. Each proposed driver must still complete their own qualification and agreement requirements.
Who can drive?
Every driver must be at least 30 and personally approved after the required license, identity and applicable insurance review. Additional drivers need separate approval.
When is the reservation confirmed?
Sending a request does not hold a vehicle. After review, you receive a private quote and temporary hold; the required agreement and payment must be completed before confirmation.
What mileage is included?
Current vehicles include 150 miles per billed day, with a two-day minimum charge. Additional mileage costs $2.50 per mile.
How are delivery and the deposit priced?
Delivery arrangements and any refundable security deposit are itemized in the written quote. They are separate from the displayed starting daily rate.
