Before a reservation is confirmed.
Our manual approval process checks the person, the driving credentials, the coverage, and the intended use. A submitted request is the beginning of that conversation.
Identity and driver’s license
Secure identity verification and a current, valid license for every proposed driver. A photograph of a license alone is not proof of current driving privileges.
Driving eligibility
Every driver must be at least 30 years old. License status and driving-record review, with the required authorization, against the criteria applicable to the vehicle and insurance policy.
Coverage and payment
Verified renter insurance is required for the actual vehicle, approved drivers, rental dates and intended use. An insurance card alone is insufficient. Insured guests may request direct settlement of an itemized damage claim; this does not replace insurance. Payment and any security deposit are arranged securely after approval.
Named drivers and agreed use
Only approved drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle. Towing, travel areas, and other special uses require explicit approval.

Is selecting dates a confirmed booking?
No. A request does not hold a vehicle or confirm availability. Your reservation is confirmed only after availability, driver approval, the rental agreement, and the required payment steps are complete.
How are drivers approved?
Every proposed driver must complete the required identity, license, driving-record, and insurance review before being named on the agreement. The specific requirements will be supplied before screening. License, driving-record and insurance decisions are reviewed against the fleet insurer’s requirements.
Can you arrange delivery?
Share your Nashville, Franklin, or Brentwood location with your request. Timing, delivery fees, and access must be confirmed individually. Airport and private aviation requests are subject to applicable permissions; airport delivery is not currently promised.
What are the rates and security deposits?
Daily rates appear on every vehicle, with introductory pricing on selected vehicles. Current vehicles carry a two-day minimum charge and 150 miles per billed day; additional 24-hour periods round up. Taxes, delivery, refundable security deposit and approved extras are separate. Your written quote confirms all charges, mileage overage and cancellation terms before signing. Planned-vehicle rates are anticipated only.
Can I rent a truck for towing?
The GMC Sierra 2500 HD and Ford F-450 Platinum Plus are both in the current collection. Towing requests require separate approval of the trailer, loaded weight, hitch setup, route, driver qualifications, and insurance. No truck or advertised factory maximum should be assumed suitable for a particular load.
Which vehicles are in the current fleet?
The Escalade-V, Cayenne GTS, Custom Bronco, GMC Sierra 2500 HD AT4X AEV, and Ford F-450 Platinum Plus are in the current collection. The Lamborghini Urus Performante remains a planned addition. Every rental request is subject to availability and driver approval.
